As a self-taught illustrator I feel like I've been on quite a journey to find my style. My own children are a big inspiration to me, especially teaching me to let go of perfection. Sketchbooks are a great place to 'be free' and even though most of mine are full of written ideas, thoughts or pencil scribbles, I also love to paint in them to try out different techniques.
