I have had the privilege to be working with the lovely Vivian French MBE through the Picture Hooks Buddy Scheme. When I was due to meet her for the first time we had already been working together for a few months. I suggested to her that for out meeting I would bring my 'tigers', and 'animals' and my sketchbooks. These were things I had been working on, but the conversation led me to imagine turning up with real tigers on leads, a menagerie of other animals accompanying me, and an overflowing sketchbook!
